Seven-day exchange, unopened.
Wrong shade? Swap it, unopened. Items can be exchanged within seven days of delivery if they are still sealed in their original packaging.
How to exchange
- Contact the shop within seven days of delivery with your order number.
- Keep the item unopened, sealed and in its original box.
- Bring it to the shop in Imadol, or send it back as we advise on the call.
- Choose another shade or product; any price difference is settled before we send it.
What cannot be exchanged
Opened, used or unsealed items, for hygiene reasons.
